Green Pepper Overflowing with Goodness

I was trying to think of what to make for dinner one night and it came to me, if you can cook and stuff a green pepper then why could you not do the same thing but, raw? Well, you can and here is the proof. It was really tasty. I cut up my cherry tomatoes fine, onions, green pepper and then stuffed it inside a hollowed out raw green pepper. I put a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top.
